May 2020 Update for New Seasons at Keystone

The River Building

The River Building is almost complete, and we have five owners occupying their units. 

The remaining three units will be completed and closed in the upcoming weeks.

Landscaping is underway, and with the warmer weather that has arrived, the site is going to look spectacular for Summer!

As we have mentioned in the past, there is a high level of customization given to New Seasons owners as their unit is being built. Here are some updated photos of the next two units that are being delivered to new owners. 

The Trail Building

The Trail Building is coming along well! The concrete floors got poured last week. All of the windows are installed, and many of the decks and railings are built. Painting of the exterior is scheduled to happen soon. The plumbing, mechanical and electrical are almost completed. When completed, there will be the rough-in inspection, and that is the last inspection until the final certificate of occupancy inspection. Once this inspection is passed, we will have a better idea of the final completion date.   

We are certainly going to experience delays with COVID-19. We plan to finish and release the entire building at the same time and are anticipating the whole building will be done by October 2020. It is our goal to get all owners into their units before Keystone Resort opens for the 20-21 ski season.

The Ridge Complex

The Ridge Complex has made it through the first round of review at the planning department. Next steps are to have civil and structural engineering plans created to accompany the preliminary plans. We are still planning on breaking ground this Summer and plan on providing pricing and availability information around July 1, 2020.
