March 2021 New Seasons at Keystone Updates

Hello from The New Seasons at Keystone team! We thank you for your continued interest in our project and are excited to share the following updates:

The Trail Building

We are 100% closed on all eight units in the Trail Building! Owners are moving in and enjoying their new mountain homes. Stay tuned for professional photography from these units. When the snow melts, the landscaping on the lot will be finished, and it is going to look fabulous!

Here is a sneak peek of some (non-professional) photos prior to closing on the units:

The Ridge Complex

As we mentioned in our last communication, we do have site plan approval for the first three buildings (12 units total) in the Ridge Complex from the Snake River Planning Commission and Summit County Planning Departments. We are still in the planning department with our construction plans and do plan on breaking ground Spring/Summer 2021.

We know many people are anxious to see the final floor plans, learn the pricing, and go to contract on these new units. The development team has made the strategic decision to not release pricing until the units are framed, which will likely be late 2021 or early 2022.

We have had great success in allowing owners to customize their interior finishes in the River and Trail Buildings and will continue to offer this unique feature in the Ridge Complex which distinguishes The New Seasons at Keystone from other developments.

We will keep our customers and fans updated through the First to Know list, on our blog, and on our Facebook page.

As always, it is our goal to create beautiful mountain homes for our customers, and we look forward to providing that to you with the Ridge Complex.
