Groundbreaking!

We are thrilled to share that on Monday, June 18, we hosted our official groundbreaking ceremony for the New Seasons at Keystone!  Shovels were out, champagne was poured, and smiles were on every face as we celebrated. Founding members of the Seasons Development Group were in attendance, including President of Seasons Development Group and Owner of Buckhead Renovations, Mike O’Sullivan and his family, Dawn Bosart of Summit County Mountain Retreats, Larry Cavanaugh of Citywide Bank Vail, Dee Anna Herwig of Land Title, and Amy Nakos of Your Castle Summit with the sales team of Julia Regan, Rebecca Sparks and Chantal Wener.  We also were excited to welcome Summit Daily News reporter, Eli Pace, who covered the event and published an article about the project.  Be sure to check it out, because it’s not every day we get to see our #almostfamous faces in the paper!  

The groundbreaking was incredibly special because we are finally, after months of preparation and planning, getting our hands dirty! Construction is underway on two of our five buildings this summer: the River Building and the Trail Building.  The exteriors should be complete by November, when we will transition to work on the interiors. We hope to have our first 16 units ready to move-in by Summer/Fall 2019.
