Seasons Development Group (SDG) is a team of investors, contractors, Realtors®, and design professionals assembled to develop resort vacation residential properties. Our partners first began developing in Summit County in 2007 with a large vacation rental property located near The New Seasons at Keystone. Since then, we have developed properties Florida, Alabama, Georgia, and the mountains of North Carolina. We are a dynamic, talented, and cohesive group that has a passion for creating custom properties that create idyllic places for families and other groups to gather and enjoy all of the amenities that resorts like Keystone have to offer. Our President, Michael O’Sullivan, is also the owner of Buckhead Renovations, which manages all of the construction activities. He is a hands on builder with 20 years of experience and will be on site throughout the construction of The New Seasons at Keystone.

When the Seasons property became available from Vail Resorts, SDG immediately began a strategy to acquire, develop, and share this unique resort opportunity. SDG has a history of creating high quality, functionally modern, and cost effective developments that also perform exceptionally as investment rental properties. We can also help new owners navigate the process of establishing their condominium as an investment that produces revenue half the time and is available for personal use the other half.

SDG also introduced the fully custom condominium option to Keystone with our River and Trail buildings recently completed. Each of the 16 units were custom built to owners selections. We are pleased to offer this service as an option for all units in the Ridge Complex.
