Building F nearly Completed with Building G a couple months behind.

The New Seasons at Keystone is making great progress and the first building (Building F, aka 117 Lake Ridge Circle) is on track for occupancy in March 2026.

There still are two coveted 3-bedroom units available – Units 1863 and 1864 – in Building F. You’ll get to move in just in time to catch the rest of the 2026 ski season!

We’ll be completing Building G (125 Lake Ridge Circle) shortly after with an anticipated completion in May 2026. We currently have a 2-bedroom unit and a 3-bedroom unit available.

The third building (Building H, aka 139 Lake Ridge Circle) will be released for sale in the coming months.
