Interior Finishes being Installed

The New Seasons at Keystone is making great progress and the first building (Building F, aka 117 Lake Ridge Circle) should have new owners and occupants by January 2026.

Electricity has been connected, asphalt driveways have been poured, tile has been installed and cabinets just arrived!

The second building (Building G, aka 125 Lake Ridge Circle) is making steady progress with exterior siding and paint underway. The installation of in-floor radiant heat is nearly complete. Occupancy is anticipated in March or April 2026.

The third building (Building H, aka 139 Lake Ridge Circle) will be released for sale in the coming months.
