Fall 2025 New Seasons Upate

We’re excited to share the latest progress on the Seasons at Keystone development:

• Building F (0117 Lake Ridge Circle): Units 1862, 1863, 1864, 1865): The exterior is completed and interior finishes are taking shape! We’re currently installing custom bath tile, flooring, and cabinetry, with a target completion around Christmas 2025.

• Building G (0125 Lake Ridge Circle): Units 1866, 1867, 1868, 1869): Significant progress! Framing, roofing, doors, and windows are now complete. Crews are now focusing on installing exterior siding, as well as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. We anticipate completion by February 28, 2026.

• Building H (0139 Lake Ridge Circle): Units 1870, 1871, 1872, 1873): We’re making great strides on Building H. Framing is nearly complete, and the roof underlayment has been installed. To protect the structure from winter weather, we’ll be working to get the building dried in before the snow flies. Current completion is expected in Spring 2026.

• Building J (0147 Lake Ridge Circle): 12 Unit Condo Building): We plan to begin construction on this final building in Spring 2026, with a targeted completion date in 2027.
