The Ridge Complex – January 2025 Update

The New Seasons at Keystone – Ridge Complex construction is moving along quickly and we have only one – two-bedroom unit left in the first release. You can see pricing and availability below.

The views from the huge decks in the all the units are just stunning. Here are some snapshots we took this week from the two and three bedroom exterior decks. Some units have views of the Continental Divide and all units can enjoy views of Keystone Lake.

The first building (117) is expected to be completed Spring/Summer 2025 – we have a three bedroom unit available in this building. Rough in inspections are underway with 3 of the 4 inspections finished. Insulation installation is expected to start soon after the final rough in inspections are completed.

The second building (125) will be completed a few months after the delivery of the first building.

Vertical framing has started on the third building (139). Steel beams are being installed. It looks like a football goal upright, doesn’t it?
