Summer 2021 Update

The Ridge Complex is moving forward and there has been good progress on the final submission of the plans needed for building permits.

The development team continues to monitor the labor and building material markets and is optimistic about stabilizing pricing. The team believes that all the final details will come together in the next few months and that ground-breaking will be in 2021. Pricing and availability will be released once the buildings are framed. 

The Ridge Complex’s first release consists of twelve total units, all with attached one car garages. There will be six – 2 bedroom units, two –  3 bedroom units, and four –  4 bedroom units. These units are in a spectacular location in the complex perched above the Snake River and Keystone Lake. All units will have large outdoor decks to enjoy the views of the river and lake. 

As more information and final floor plans become available, we will share that information through our First to Know list and on social media.
