Ridge Update – December 2020
Hello, New Seasons at Keystone family and friends. We hope this update finds you happy, healthy and well.
On December 17, we received site plan approval for the Ridge Complex from the Snake River Planning Commission. This is the first step in obtaining the needed approvals to move forward with the Ridge Complex.
Next steps will be submission of the building and engineering plans to the Summit County Planning Department, estimated for February 2021. Upon approval of the building and engineering plans, the development team will be able to break ground. Timing on ground-breaking will depend on the weather and other construction factors.

In a previous communication, we indicated that we would have pricing and availability information available in December 2020. Because the development team wants to obtain full approvals and understand the financial impact of new energy efficiency requirements, along with all other regulatory and zoning requirements, we will not be releasing final floor plans, pricing or availability until at least Q2 2021.
What we do know is that the Ridge Complex has been thoughtfully designed from the ground up with your feedback in mind. We have 2, 3 and 4 bedroom units coming to market with attached one car garages. The units have spacious outdoor living areas, three sides of windows, and spectacular views (and sounds) of the Snake River and Keystone Lake. We believe that this project is worth waiting for!
